All weddings are uniquely different and for this reason alone, travel packages are designed to meet the specific requirements of your event. For multi-day celebrations the cost of accommodation will also be factored into the final quote.

Frequently asked questions
Couples typically book 3–6 months in advance for portrait sessions. For weddings, if you're looking to secure a weekend date in Spring or in Autumn, then it's best to reach out 12-18 months in advance. Generally speaking, 9-12 months notice is more than enough for an in-demand Photographer like me during the off season. I do cap the amount of weddings that I take on each year to guarantee each of my couples my absolute best work - but I am open to accommodating last-minute bookings too, whenever possible.
Yes - often and happily. Whether it's Tuscany, New York, or somewhere quieter like New Zealand - having the opportunity to travel the world whilst photographing couples in spaces that are both familiar and foreign is something that I truly love doing.
Nat Geo documentaries, Fashion and Interior Design. I love it when the 3 worlds collide. The Weddings I am drawn to the most are typically alfresco-style weddings or outdoor events where the location itself is just as iconic and beautiful as the couple and their guests.
My style is best described as being Photo-Journalistic with an Editorial Edge. I will direct when direction is needed - and when it's not, I will photograph the day as it naturally unfolds in a non-intrusive way.
I love snowboarding, the occasional glass of fine wine and evenings by the fire with a cup of tea in one hand and a remote in the other. When I'm not photographing weddings, my life revolves around my two boys, my husband, our dog (Juventus) and football. I love this thing called life - even the tough parts - and I believe wholeheartedly that the platform God gave me in terms of my purpose, is rooted in everything I do as a person and as a Photographer.
This might sound cliche - but my advice is to embrace your day exactly as it unfolds, without reserve. Enjoy it. A great weddings is always defined by a couples' energy. Choose to surround yourself with people that truly care about you. Feel free to break the rules of tradition. It's your day - your weekend - and your marriage that everyone is celebrating - so do it your way!
As someone whose focus has now shifted to Destination Weddings, where I am based is dependent solely on where most of my weddings are. For the most part, I call the Sunshine Coast of Australia home, however there's no place I wouldn't follow you to capture your dream day.
I am a lover of both. In terms of digital cameras, I run 2 Nikon systems and 2 Sony systems. I prefer to use Nikon systems in low light and Sony systems during the day. As far as film goes, I am one of those photographers' that jumped on the film train long before it was even 'trendy'. I work with pro-level film on a pro-level 120mm Mamiya 645 system. Film is an add-on option. In terms of what I will use and when - it comes down to whatever best fits the light, the pace and the mood of the day.
I cap the number of weddings I photograph each year to 20.

As far as bookings go: no date is considered secure until the date retaining fee amount has been paid. That's not all I require from you however. No signed contract - no booking. I do not hold dates. Whoever signs the agreement and pays first, gets the date.
A sneak peek with a small selection of images will be delivered within one week of your wedding date. Your full, curated photo gallery will be ready within 10 weeks. During the slower months, turnaround times drop significantly to 6 weeks. If you require a quicker turnaround in the event that your wedding is being published somewhere, then please discuss this with me so that suitable arrangements can be made to ensure the publication has what it needs within the specified timeframe they have given you. A fast track fee will apply in this instance.
I do. I offer the most beautiful Fine Art, Museum Quality Albums to each and every one of my amazing couples. I promise you these will be treasured for generations to come. Photos weren't meant to be experienced digitally. They're meant to be touched, felt, seen and shared - and often. Albums and prints are where the magic is at! I don't automatically include them in my packages - but they make a great first year anniversary gift (paper) and they can be designed and ordered from me any time.

No words can begin to explain how lucky we were to have found ASH & STONE. Our day was captured so perfectly and we have so many beautiful photos to help us re-live our wedding day over and over. Bec, I was instantly sold on you capturing our special day the moment I met you. You have so much life and love to share with the world that I knew that I could put my trust in you to capture our wedding day in a unique and incredible way.
